The individual store purchases their cards. We keep the card inventory at Welcome New Neighbor. The store selects the ZIP code(s) they wish to mail to. Each month we send the store a list of names and addresses, along with an invoice. 100% delivery guaranteed. Any undeliverable should be returned to us, and full credit will be applied to your account for the cost of the card, mailing service, and postage.
